Why one person is the point
Most appliance repair companies in this area are dispatch operations. You call a number, someone in an office books it, and whoever is free that day shows up. If a part has to be ordered, a different person might come back with it. Nobody owns the job.
I own the job. I diagnosed it, I ordered the part, I'm the one who comes back and tests it. I text you when I'm on the way. If the machine isn't worth fixing, I tell you, because I'd rather keep you as a customer for the next one than sell you a repair on this one.
