The original equipment in Providence is now 15 to 25 years old. - The original 2000 to 2005 phases
- D.R. Horton homes on their second or third laundry pair. The compact laundry closets in these floor plans mean a lot of stacked units and tight installs.
- History Maker homes
- Slightly later builds with a broader mix of GE, Whirlpool and Frigidaire equipment.
- Second-owner kitchens
- Many Providence homes have changed hands, and the new owners inherit an old dishwasher with no history. A maintenance visit is a good way to find out what you've got.
- The waterparks and clubhouse side
- I know the neighborhood layout and the HOA parking rules, so I'm not the guy blocking your driveway.

- Depends on the part. A drain pump or door latch on a 20-year-old dishwasher can still make sense. A wash motor or control board usually doesn't. I'll tell you straight after I look.

- Yes. Stacked and tight-closet laundry is normal work for me. I'll pull the units out, do the repair, and put them back level.
- How long to get to Providence Village?
- About 15 minutes from Little Elm on 380. I'm out that way for Aubrey and Savannah often, so it stacks well.
- Does the HOA matter for a repair visit?
- Only for parking and hours. I text before I arrive and park out of the way.
