- 01Open the dryer and clean the blower housing, cabinet and vent run
- 02Descale the dishwasher heating element and clear the spray arms
- 03Clean the refrigerator condenser coils and check the door gaskets
- 04Check washer hoses and inlet screens, and run a tub clean
- 05Point out anything that's about to fail and what it would cost

Questions I get asked
- How often should a dryer vent be cleaned?
- Once a year for most households, more if you have pets or a long vent run. If your dryer takes two cycles, it's overdue.
- What does hard water do to my appliances?
- It leaves mineral scale on dishwasher heating elements, clogs spray arms, and slows ice makers. Little Elm's water is moderately hard and the Frisco and Prosper side is harder. Periodic descaling keeps things running.
- Can you do maintenance on a whole house at once?
- Yes, and that's the most efficient way to do it. Laundry room and kitchen in one visit. Call me and we'll set it up.
