Installations need half the install fee upfront to reserve the slot. That's how I keep my schedule honest for everyone.
Sounds like this?
- New dishwasher that has never drained, or leaks under the sink
- Over-the-range microwave that needs a bracket and vent
- Washer and dryer moved into a new house
- Stacked laundry set in a closet
- Dryer that needs a new vent run or a gas connection checked
- A store delivery that dropped the box in the garage and left
What I do on the visit
- 01Remove and haul the old unit out of the way
- 02Set and level the new one, connect water, drain, gas or electric as needed
- 03Loop the dishwasher drain properly and remove the disposal knockout so it actually drains
- 04Mount the microwave bracket and connect the vent
- 05Run the appliance through a full test cycle before I leave
Brands I see most for this
What shows up in customers' homes. Not a claim of factory authorization.
- Any brand
- Install work isn't brand-specific. I've set Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, KitchenAid and Frigidaire units across Little Elm and Frisco.
Questions I get asked
- The store said installation is included. Why would I call you?
- Sometimes it is and it goes fine. Often the delivery crew won't touch gas, won't touch an over-the-range microwave, or leaves the old one in your garage. I do the parts they skip.
- How does payment work for installs?
- Half the install fee upfront to hold the date, the rest when it's done and tested. Apple Pay, cash, card, Venmo or Zelle.
- Can you stack a washer and dryer?
- Yes, with the manufacturer's stacking kit. I set them, level them, and make sure the dryer vent isn't crushed behind the stack.
